At Platinum Security Midlands Ltd, we ensure all our Door Staff meet the necessary requirements that are requested by law.
All security staff who offer their services on licensed premises must be registered with the SIA.
This means they have passed a two part basic examination, a full Police background check, a basic self defence course, a first aid course and a drug awareness course.
This will ensure that your staff members and your customers have qualified and professional people working on the premises.
The law states a minimum requirement of two door supervisors per 150 persons, and one additional supervisor per 50 additional persons capacity.
All our staff are hand picked by ourselves, and are some of the best the industry has to offer. Both their observation skills and their conflict management skills will allow the spot the signs of trouble early, and allow them to diffuse any potential situation, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for both your customers and your staff.
Staff are strategically placed around your premises, and linked via two way radio. Their duties include the enforcement of house rules, checking ID, and ensuring fire exits and walkways are kept clear at all times.
All our staff are polite, punctual and smart in appearance. They are issued with uniform clearly displaying our company logo.
